Cancellation Policy

Salon Deposit & Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and respect for our stylists’ time, we require a nonrefundable deposit when booking your appointment. Please review our policy below: Deposit Requirement: * A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. * The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: * We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Appointments that are not rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service cost. * No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the total service cost. Additional Notes: * Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. * By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
